Domain Transfer

    I would like to transfer our domain to be hosted with GoDaddy. When I go into the domain settings, the transfer options (as seen in the help pages) do not exist. I have had this domain for years. What can I do to unlock this (GoDaddy chat support says it is locked)

    Hello –

    gibsonlandsdale.com was removed from your account on July 15th, 2016 and is now in redemption with the domain registrar.

    Domain redemption and recovery can be a bit complicated. Before you can transfer the domain, we will need to attempt and recover it for you.

    I’ve sent an email explaining this process in more detail.
