Domain transfer

  Hi there,

  When connecting on WordPress.com, I can’t see my domain bullesdejoie.com anymore but only bullesdejoie.wordpress.com.
  I asked for a transfer on OVH but I always have this error message: Error while requesting transfer, the domain is lock. Please contact your current registrar to unlock it then relaunch this operation.
  What should I do?

  Hi there,

  It looks like our system cancelled your domain already on 15 July for some strange reason and it’s currently in redemption with our registrar. I’ve emailed them to try and get your domain back. I’ll let you know once I hear from them.

  We’ve heard back about your domain and it has been added back to your account now. If you would like to still transfer the domain you can follow the instructions to do that on this support page:
