    I am trying to transfer a domain that a friend set up for me, she has given me an authorisation code for me to do this but I am struggling how to

    Hi there,

    If you received the transfer code, you need to also verify that your domain is unlocked.

    To complete your domain transfer, send the code to your new registrar. With the code, they should have the authorization to complete the transfer.
