Domain transfer

    I bought a domain from wordpress last year and thought that I transfered it to another host (siteground) — I unlocked the domain and obtained EPP authorization.

    My account with wordpress expired in September but now my website went down because my domain name isn’t pointing to the right servers. I need to get an EPP authorization again so that I can transfer it to siteground and fix the problem. Please help me get this authorization so that I can make my site live again!

    Hi there, it sounds like you must not have completed the transfer. I can see the domain expired some time ago and is now in its redemption period. I’ll email with details.
