domain transfer

    I got my domain address free as part of an account upgrade. As I’m a complete novice and wasn’t aware of the requirement, I cancelled my premium account before I transferred the domain to repoint at my self hosting servers. Now the domain is no longer available to be managed on my list but it’s still registered until Nov 2017. I have no idea what to do in order to repoint the domain to my self hosting account save paying for another upgrade which I’m not willing to do.

    I can try and reverse the cancellation. I will let you know if I am successful, it typically takes 12-48 hours.

    If successful, you will need to re-purchase the yearly domain registration. Then you will be able to use the domain here on WordPress.com or point your domain to a new webhost using these instructions:
