domain transfer

  I have a key for a domain I own with a different host. But am unable to transfer it to wordpress for some reason. (privacy is off and the domain is unlocked

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  Hi there,

  Are you speaking of littlewinstherapyservices.com.au?

  We’re not an accredited domain registrar for .au domains, so it’s not possible to transfer any .au domain to us:

  Instead, to use that domain with us you’ll need the Domain Connection upgrade, which I see you’ve already added.

  The last step is to point the domain to us. To do that you’ll need to log into your account at your domain provider, and change the domain’s name servers to point to us. Once you do that, the domain will start showing your WordPress.com site within a few hours.
