Domain transfer

  I need an authentication code in order to do a domain transfer from WordPress to another provider. WordPress.org said I should get in touch with you. On my dashboard there is no UPGRADE section and no DOMAINS section. Where do I get the authentication code please.

  We have no history of domains, sites, purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  I received a failiure notification of the email I sent. So here it is :

  Dear macmanx.

  The domain I am trying to transfer is http://www.akiles.de
  I built the website on WordPress.org.
  I also use an email address on it that is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  There are two administrators for this website one is using this email address : (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  That is me Akiles (my name). The other one is Desiree a friend who helped me build the website her email is : (email visible only to moderators and staff) and the username is akiles_dance2021

  I asked my friend to send me the invoice for the webhosting so that I can send it to you. I will do that once I receive it.

  If you are not hosting this website and neither is wordpress.org then who is?
  Your help is appreciated.

  WordPress.org is not a domain provider or a web host, so you didn’t build your site on WordPress. Rather, you built it with the open source WordPress software which is made by the community on WordPress.org, which you have hosted at a specific hosting provider.
