  I am needing a number to call for issues with a domain transfer.

  There was a typo is keystonehomeinspectionstn.com it’s coming from a godaddy domain. I’m also trying to upgrade the keystone account

  Hi there,

  Can you share some more details on what the trouble is you’re having with transferring the domain?

  I do see the domain is currently locked on GoDaddy’s end. You’ll need to log into your dashboard with them and unlock the domain, and also get a transfer code which you’ll use to start the transfer on our end. You can see GoDaddy’s support page explaining what to do here:

  Once the domain is unlocked and you have the code, you can then follow our process for starting the transfer here:

  https://wordpress.com/en/support/incoming-domain-transfer/

  You’ll need to upgrade to our Pro plan in order to transfer that domain to us. The domain transfer is included for free as part of that plan, and the domain will also be renewed automatically for another year once the transfer completes.

  I’ve already unlocked it and even called multiple times to godaddy on Friday and they stated that it’s unlocked that I needed to reach out to you guys. I will call them again today but they even gave me the code

  According to the public Whois database, that domain is still locked. You can see it in GoDaddy’s own Whois lookup service:

  You specifically want to look at the Domain Status lines:

  Domain Status: clientTransferProhibited https://icann.org/epp#clientTransferProhibited
  Domain Status: clientUpdateProhibited https://icann.org/epp#clientUpdateProhibited
  Domain Status: clientRenewProhibited https://icann.org/epp#clientRenewProhibited
  Domain Status: clientDeleteProhibited https://icann.org/epp#clientDeleteProhibited

  If the domain was unlocked for transfer, that would read Domain Status: ok https://icann.org/epp#ok.

  Whois details do get cached and can sometimes take a few hours to update, but if you unlocked the domain on Friday I’d have expected that to have changed by now.

  Please check with GoDaddy again. Perhaps everything didn’t get saved/updated correctly when they unlocked the domain for you last week.
