Domain transfer

  Hello
  I asked for a domain transfer, and received the authorization code.
  My new hosting service provider tells me that :
  – the authorization code of the domain is needed to transfer this one. Please get this code from the actual register WILD WEST DOMAINS the only entitled to provide this authorization code.
  How can I get this new authorization code from WILD WEST DOMAINS ?

  Hi there,

  Here are the instructions on how to to get the authorization code and transfer your domain:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/transfer-domain-registration/

  Also, Wild West Domains is the registrar WordPress.com uses for domains. You don’t need to contact them, everything is done through WordPress.com.

  @cyrilfoucault, you’ll want to be sure to log in using the account that owns the domain, since only the domain owner can request a transfer. This account is not the domain owner. Look for the email that gets renewal notifications and log in using that.

  I checked your domain, laklakproductions.com. Everything looks ready for transfer on our side.

  You can try resending the transfer code from this link:

  https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/laklakproductions.com/transfer/out/laklakproductions.wordpress.com

  Then give the code to the new registrar again.

  If they again tell you the code is not valid, please let us know, and also let us know who the new registrar is.
