  I deleted my account and domain at WP on 4/27/22. I am trying to purchase the domain again through another company. They said that I have to ask you for a domain transfer. Is the domain recoverable?

  Hi there, that domain has been fully canceled and is in the process of being returned to the public market: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/domain-expiration/#domain-released

  At this point, we have no control over it, so I recommend trying to register it as a new domain once a week or day, and if no one else registers it first, you should eventually be able to claim it.
