Domain Transfer

  Hi, I’m trying to transfer my domain. I’ve read the Transfer Domain help page, and I understand the process. However I don’t have access to the button to Transfer Domain. Once I click the Domain tab, all that I see is that it is there. I don’t have any of the options ‘Email, Name Servers and DNS, Contacts and Privacy or Transfer Domain’. This is a really time sensitive issue, and I would appreciate some assistance in this process. Thanks!

  Hi,

  Do you have a custom domain registered with WordPress.com? You can not transfer dawnemouzon.wordpress.com to another registrar. It is included with your site.

  Hi,

  Yes I have a custom domain registered with WordPress.com, it is dawnemouzon.com.

  Hi @dawnemouzon, it looks like you allowed this to expire a while ago. I’ll reach out to the registrar to see what it would take to get it back.
