  USD 15 is being charged for Domain Transfer- is this a recurring fee charged every year or one-time fee? Do I need to subscribe to a plan in addition to this?

  I just replied to your other thread. :)

  The domain transfer cost adds another year of registration to your domain, so while this fee is a one-time-only charge, you would still need to renew your domain every year.

  Since you asked about plans in your other thread, our annual WordPress.com plans come with a free domain name credit for one year, which can be used to transfer your domain. When you purchase the plan, you can also start that transfer process at the same time.
