Thank you for domain transfer documentation link. We have tried that several times before, the problem is our domain http://www.ndeuyapo.com seems to have expired because doing a whois.net search shows that it has no ‘nameservers’. It does not show ‘wordpress nameservers’.
1. Is it possible to transfer before we renew domain? if so, how do we do that, please kindly assist.
2. Following the steps given on the documentation, we get this message when trying the very first step, –> ‘Domains are not available for this site.
You can only purchase domains for sites hosted on WordPress.com at this time.’3. We are open to share our login details with you so you assist

Aloha uyapok, It looks like your site is in a redemption period.
After the grace period ends, your domain enters the redemption period, the length of which can vary. This means the domain name can still be renewed, but there is an $80.00 redemption fee required in addition to the normal renewal cost. (This is standard practice for domain registrars.)
It’s important to note that during the redemption phase, domains can be included in expired-domain auctions, where another party can bid on your domain name. If the domain is claimed by someone else in an auction, you will not be able to renew. If you made a payment in attempt to reclaim the domain out of redemption and were unsuccessful, you will get a refund.
You will need to agree to the $80 charge if you want staff to try and recover this for you. The modlook tag has already been added to this thread, so a staff member will be able to work with you on your domain.

It is not possible to transfer an expired domain. You will need to renew the domain before it can be transferred to a new registrar.
It looks like your domain ndeuyapo.com expired on 12-feb-2017.
Domain expiration is a lengthy and complicated process that takes about 80 days. During this time, your domain may be put up for auction or sold on back-order. You can learn more about expired domains here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/
The good news is that we may still be able to recover your domain if it has not yet been deleted or purchased by someone else. A late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one which we can waive.
If you wish to continue with the renewal process and agree to pay the renewal fees + $80, please let me know and I will send you a payment request.
If not, you can wait out the rest of the expiration process and see if the domain is released. However, do be advised that this is risky, as someone else can purchase the domain out from under you and it may not become available in the future.
