  I want to transfer my custom domain to wordpress. Is it obligatory to buy premium plan or can it be done with personal plan?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Howdy burakdal!
  You cannot transfer you domain to WordPress read more about it here Transferring Domains to WordPress
  But the good news is you can Map Your Domain and yes you can also do it in a Personal Plans

  All the paid plans have a Custom Domain feature, will allows you to Map a Domain or Register a New domain.

  We don’t currently support incoming domain transfers. As pavanraheja, you will need to ‘map’ the domain with domain mapping:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/

  Select the plan you wish to use and then add the domain.
