Domain transfer

Hi, my domain has been on transfer old for over 2 weeks now. Could you please check what’s the hold up? I’ve also approved of it through email as well.

Hi there,
It looks like you haven’t yet accepted the transfer from our registrar’s end. You should have received an email from a @secureserver.net address to accept or decline the transfer. If you didn’t receive this, and it’s not in your Spam folder, please let me know.

I’ve just received an email from secureserver.net
Says that I need to wait a couple more days for the process to complete.Thank you for the help and clarification.

Sorry to have bother you guys again, but it seems the transfer wasn’t successful.
Just yesterday, the status states that the domain is being transferred,
Now the status went back to “Disabled for Transfer” and nothing else.Is it actually working? Or something went wrong along the way?

On our end it shows transfer completed. Your domain is no longer on our system.
Can you please make sure with your new domain provider if the domain is now on their system?

It appears on both, on WordPress it says, “Disabled for Transfer” maybe it needs Abit of time?
I’ve contacted the other end, yes it says it’s been successfully transferred.

If the domain still shows in your dashboard on our end it might be a caching issue. If you clear your browser cache the domain should disappear.
If the other registrar confirmed the domain is with them you should be good to go.
