Domain Transfer

  I would like to transfer the domain ‘agirlfromtx.com’ to BlueHost but even though I have the receipt for the domain, it does not appear on my domains. How can I get the EPP for my domain to transfer it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I found the support link but can’t complete the steps because my domain isn’t show up under my “Domains” list on WordPress.

  Hi There,

  Sorry to hear about the trouble you are having with transferring your domain to BlueHost.

  When I checked on who.is, I see that your domain is registered with WordPress.

  A domain should show up on your panel unless you have cancelled the subscription.

  I have activated Modlook on this thread to have the support team look into this.

  Hope you get a resolution soon :)

  Thank you so much for the help! I did actually cancel the subscription, I thought I had to in order to switch it over but now realizing that was definitely the wrong move! How can I restore it in order to transfer it over?

  Restoring your domain should be fairly simple. However, only the support team would have the right tools to do so.

  I am sure one of the team members will get in touch with you soon as modlook is activated.

  Thank you! We were able to restore the domain for you. You’ll want to work through these steps and allow the transfer to go through completely before trying to delete the site again:
