    Hi,
    I have a big problem.
I started a website “maximtrip.wordpress.com” and few month ago, I wanted to up the website and to have my main domain as maximtrip.net.
Recently I start a new domain on “bluehost”. I choose the same name “maximtrip.net” . But now, I don’t know why but when I go on maximtrip.net I don’t see any website, I just see a “0” on the upper left corner. I don’t know what to do.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

When we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve like this one we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads. I did that for you. How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question? https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question

  • Hi there,

You have registered the domain maximtrip.net through us on July 24, 2017, and three days ago you canceled it along with the Personal plan.

Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a canceled domain becomes available again, if at all. You should never cancel a domain that you still want to use, as there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to use it again somewhere else in future. Only cancel a domain if you’re completely sure you no longer want it at all.

Fortunately, because the cancellation is recent I can restore your domain and then you can keep it here and point it to your Bluehost site or transfer it there.

Please let me know how you wish me to proceed.

    Thanks!
