Howdy,
A domain purchased at another register can be mapped to a WordPress.com site for $13 a year or you may transfer the domain to WordPress.com thus renewing it with us for $26 per year.
All of our plans include a free domain name along with additional features we find site owners love. For example, for $48.00/year you can upgrade to our WordPress.com Personal plan which brings you more storage and removes ads from your site. Or as you mentioned the WordPress.com Premium Plan comes with more ways to monetize your site and video support along with the included domain.
You’ll find more on adding a domain to your site at:

I guess I am confused because any time I try to add the domain from Google, it tells me I have to pay 96 euro. If I do the one that is $13 / year I can transfer my .com domain from google? If so, how do I do that?

Hi there, we might have had a misunderstanding. In order to transfer your domain registration to WordPress.com, and use it on a site hosted here, you would have to purchase either the WordPress.com Personal, Premium or Business plan. You should be able to select the Personal plan, which should be 48 euro per year.
