  I have a domain but can not seem to transfer it to WordPress without paying a registration fee.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  In order to transfer your domain to WordPress.com, an upgraded plan is required. Each of the paid plans come with a free credit that allows you to register a new domain, transfer to WordPress.com or map it to the site on WordPress.com.
