domain transfer

    Hello!
    I purchased a premium plan for the-office-life.com and need to do the domain transfer from GoDaddy. I have a receipt that the $96 payment went through, but I am being prompted to pay again in order to start the domain transfer. Can you please point me in the right direction?

    In the meantime, could you figure out if you have another username/email address registered on WordPress.com which might have used to perform the Premium Plan purchase?

    Since you have the receipt of the payment, an email address will be shown on the receipt. The email address on the receipt should be the account owner of the upgraded plan.

    What is the WordPress.com address of the site for which you bought the plan? The account you’re using to post here has never bought any upgrades from WordPress.com, and http://theofficelifedotcom.wordpress.com/ is on our Free plan.

    If you bought an upgrade for a different WordPress.com site using another account, you need to be logged in as that account to manage the site in question.

    I do see there was a domain transfer bought for the-office-life.com by the account, beezur84, but that transfer was cancelled again. If that is the account you used, please log in as that account to restart the transfer.
