Domain transfer

The domain transfer of ‘samagni.com’ from my existing registrar is complete, but the site still hasn’t moved to the wordpress.com platform. Is there anything that I need to do from my end reg the domain transfer? Please let me know what needs to be done for this transfer to be complete.

In the meantime, have you referred to the domain transfer support article? Please ensure you have your nameservers set to the WordPress.com ones as well too: https://en.support.wordpress.com/incoming-domain-transfer/

Hi @munchoo, I can see the domain is on another account. If you’ll log in as samagniblog you can reach support directly at http://wordpress.com/help/contact .
But in the meantime, it looks like the main issue is that your name servers are still pointed at Hostgator. You can update that setting on your own if you’re logged into the correct account:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/change-name-servers/Just choose to use WordPress.com name servers then wait a few hours for it to take effect.
Note, though, if you’re using the domain for anything else (email, etc.) be sure to transfer those settings over first. Please get in touch via ticket or chat if you need more help with that.
