Domain transfer

My domain expired a couple of months ago. I would like to unlock it so i can transfer it to another provider. The domain in question is professorbiohazard.com

Your domain name has already surpassed the Auto-Renew Grace Period & is now in the Redemption Grace Period.
You will need to initiate the transfer request at the registrar you wish to transfer your domain with.
They will share the authorisation code & the email-id associated with it.If the redemption is to be done at WordPress.com contact support

Expired domains are not released, but go through a lengthy expiration process where it gets progressively more difficult to get the domain back.
Currently your domain has already been removed from our system, and is about to enter redemption at our domain provider. Once that happens it will cost an additional $80 to get it back.
Your domain will only be released once the redemption period is over – this phase lasts around four to five weeks – and even then there’s no guarantee you’ll be able to register it somewhere else, as someone else might already have the domain on back-order somewhere in which case the domain will be registered for them the moment it’s released.
If you still want this domain we need to recover it ASAP, so please confirm if we should get this process started.
Please tag ALL threads related to expired domains for staff, as we ask in our volunteer guidelines. Telling someone to “contact support” is not helpful – by posting in this forums they are contacting support.
