  Hi there! I need some help with domain transfer to another provider. On my wordpress account there is no site visible but it still exists when you google it: monikajazwinska.com
  I got a reminder that the domain will expire soon so I need to transfer it asap.
  Thanks in advance.
  Also, is there any contact telephone number or live chat which I could access? I keep being redirected to this forum and I need a specific and quick support.

  Hi Monika,

  Do you have another WordPress.com account which might have the site?
  Here is a link which can help you through the process to transfer your domain to WordPress.com:

  If you have a WordPress.com plan, you’ll have access to priority Live Chat support. When you are logged into WordPress.com, click on the blue and white icon in the lower right corner to access all of our Help resources. Then, click the ‘Contact Us’ button. Enter your question in the box under “How can we help?” and then press “Chat with us” to begin the chat session.

  Chat is currently available Monday – Friday 24 hours a day, with weekend support also available for Business subscribers. However, if all our Happiness Engineers are occupied, our system sends your message straight to our email so that we can help you out as soon as possible.
