  Are you transferring your domain registration TO WordPress.com, or FROM WordPress.com to another registrar?

  What services have you been charged for?

  Hi there,

  For what exactly are you being charged? The account you’re using to post here has never bought any upgrades from WordPress.com.

  Transferring a domain to WordPress.com requires that you upgrade to a paid plan.
