Domain transfer

  What do i need to do to use .org instead of .com. I already own dare2grad.org. I also, use libsyn as my web host, just having trouble getting up and running. Please help

  I also, use libsyn as my web host

  If your domain is registered with ‘libsyn’, you can point (map) it to WordPress.com or you can transfer it over completely.

  You will find instructions about both moving and pointing the domain to WordPress.com here:

  1. Transfer: https://en.support.wordpress.com/incoming-domain-transfer/
  2. Mapping: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

  Then, on your domains page choose the primary domain and you are set.

  For help using the open source WordPress.org software at another host, please ask in https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ instead, and contact your hosting provider directly for help installing WordPress on their servers. In this forum we can only help with sites hosted on WordPress.com.

  
  @skipiczeljko, the OP is saying they want their site to use WordPress.org, NOT, WordPress.com, so giving them information on how to transfer their domain to WordPress.com is telling them to do exactly what they don’t want to do. Please make sure you understand what someone is asking before you reply :)
