Domain transfer

  I am not able to transfer my domain from godaddy to wordpress as it says domain is locked. I have unlocked the domain and also updated DNS. Please help?

  Have you received an EPP code from GoDaddy yet? If not, that would be your next step.

  Hi Darnelldibbles,

  I’m stuck on the first step itself which says your domain is locked but i have unlocked my domain and checked it with the provider.

  Yeah, GoDaddy should assist you with this and contact them to confirm that that step is done. Once the domain is unlocked, you should receive the authorization code shortly thereafter. Then, you should be good to go with the rest of the transfer process and we can assist you with that if you have any questions.
