Domain Transfer

  I have a website which is the http://www.pkpcommunicators.com. And i wnt the domain to be transfered to my blog which is the http://pkpcommunicators.wordpress.com. What do i need to do inorder to transfer this domain to my wordpress blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
