If I transfer my domain name from another provider will it change how much I paid for the domain? If so, how much of a price difference would it be? Will it change the length of time I have access to said domain?

I’m not sure what you mean by changing what you paid for the domain. Buying a domain transfer from us will have no effect on the payment you made for the domain to another company when you bought it from them.
Transferring a domain to us requires that you first purchase a paid WordPress.com plan. The plan includes one free domain transfer, and as part of the process your domain is also renewed for another year, so you won’t lose any of the time for which you’ve already paid your current provider.
From the second year onwards the domain renews at an additional cost on top of the plan’s renewal cost. You can see the renewal costs of all the domains we offer here:

I am a bit confused. On the blogger the price is 22.50 kr. When I activate the blogger butten , I suddenly get to prmium whitch costes 70 kr. a month. What is right ?

@ingetorhauggmailcom are you choosing a .blog domain? Those are the only domains valid with that plan, so if you’re picking something else you’ll get a different plan.
