Domain Transfer and Use Cost

    Hi, Am I understanding this correctly: I can transfer/use a domain I purchased from another site (NameCheap) as long as my account is on a plan (i.e. ‘Personal’ ‘Free domain for one year’. What happens after the first year, is there an additional fee for the custom domain name I linked with NameCheap?
