Domain Transfer because lost my domain on simplynames.co.uk

  Hello,

  I would love your help for these tasks:

  1) Cancel the domain of editordeluxedotcom.com (registered through you guys);
  2) Export my whole lizzieharwood.wordpress.com blog to editordeluxe.com (registered through WP) because I’ve lost my lizzieharwood.com domain on Simplynames.co.uk (they are crooks!!!) and now lizzieharwood.com won’t map onto lizzieharwood.wordpress.com so I’d be extremely grateful if you could transfer the blog to editordeluxe.com so that anyone clicking on lizzieharwood.com is redirected to editordeluxe.com — Is this possible and at what charge?

  Hi Lizzie,

  1. I don’t see a editordeluxedotcom.com registered through WordPress.com.
  2. How about this—I’ll reassign the editordeluxe.com domain to the existing http://lizzieharwood.wordpress.com/, so everything will be as before.

  Currently, you have the following domains tied to your site at http://lizziehardwood.wordpress.com:

  • editordeluxe.com (set as “primary)
  • confessionsfromthepalace.com
  • lizzieharwood.com (non-functional since the domain itself has expired)
  • lizzieharwood.wordpress.com (the permanent address of your site, no matter what happens to the domains above

  Regarding redirecting traffic from lizzieharwood.com, since it has expired, it isn’t possible to direct visitors visiting that domain elsewhere.
