Domain Transfer Blocked

  So, I am switching my blog to wordpress.org so I can use html etc. I set up an account with BlueHost and have been going through the transfer domain process. I have followed the directions, unlocked it on my end and received the authentication code 8 or 9 TIMES NOW! I received the verification code etc but it is trapped on step 3 at BlueHost with the following message:

  The domain ziaskidkitchen.com is currently locked from transfer (Status clientTransferProhibited).
  You will need to unlock the domain at Wild West Domains, Inc. before a transfer can take place.

  I called BlueHost – they say it’s on Wild West end. I contacted Wild West and they say they can do nothing it is on WordPress.com end. I have emailed, tweeted etc and no reply. I’m under a deadline and have no idea how to fix this. Anyone???
