Domain transfer cancelled

Dear friends,
I need help with transferring my domain http://www.noviplamen.net to another registrar (Plus hosting, Serbia) since I want that domain to lead to my new website and to use another one for my WordPress blog.
For the two times already I initiated the transfer through WordPress admin panel and got the authorization code that I sent to my hosting provider but both times the transfer was cancelled and both time I got this E-mail below. No reasons for cancelling the transfer were mentioned in the e-mail.
Could you please help me with this?
Here is an e-mail I got:

The transfer of noviplamen.net from WordPress.com to another registrar could not be completed for the following reason(s):
If you believe that this domain name does not fit the situation described above, go to http://help.secureserver.net?prog_id=391143&isc=apibb2179&ci=92982&cvosrc=bounceback.2179.apibb2179 for assistance.

Hi @blognoviplamen, that’s odd. At which step are you getting that email? Here is the normal domain transfer procedure:

I got this email both time at the final stage. I got the authorization code, I sent it to the new registrar, they initiated the transfer, I confirmed the transfer in the e-mail I got, and after that I got this e-mail that the transfer couldn’t be completed because of the following (not mentioned) reasons.

Thanks, I there is another email you can get in the transfer process that invites you to cancel the transfer. I assume you haven’t clicked on that?

Thank you very much for the info. Yes, now I managed to point it to the new host in this way. It’s working, I’ll now upload the website to the new hosting too.

You hadn’t updated the email address on the domain or anything, correct? ICANN has brand new rules about that which could be complicating things, so if you hadn’t changed the email address, I wouldn’t at this point.
Also, you might go ahead and just try the transfer process again, in case the changes to those rules caused an issue that has since been resolved.
