  I am trying to change my domain to a self-hosted platform. I have requested a transfer code twice, but it has not been emailed to me yet. How do I get it?

  Hi there,

  I’m very sorry for the trouble you’re having with this domain transfer.

  We’re currently investigating an issue with where domain transfer requests (and other domain changes) are being delayed. Our developers are looking into it, and I’ll let you know just as soon as I have an update about the issue.
