  I am trying to obtain the domain transfer code but received the message, ‘An error occurred while trying to send the Domain Transfer code. Please try again or Contact Support if you continue to have trouble.’ Can you please help me obtain the code. thank you. Email: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  That domain is registered under a different WordPress.com account. Please sign in with the account under which the domain was registered, and then have a look at this guide:
