Domain transfer code not received

I’ve requested the transfer code for my domain but I never received it via email.
Could you please let me know how I should proceed to ensure I get it ?

I’ve tagged this thread for staff to follow up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and be patient while waiting.
They are currently experimenting with making the live-chat feature available to more users for one week. If a staff member is available a pop-up window saying “How can I help” should appear on your dashboard, allowing you to contact them directly to help you with this. If you manage to contact staff this way before they answer this thread, please set this thread to resolved and let me know so I can remove the staff tag again.
