Domain transfer code refused

  Dear sir/madam,

  For several days I’ve been trying to move my domain http://www.westrasc.com to a new registrar. I’ve unlocked my domain and requested the transfer code be mailed to me.
  My new registrar refuses the code though… not once but every single time. Is this code (7B3{64690E’D41@2) still correct? If no, could you please send me the right one?

  Time is a factor, because I’ve got an article in the paper coming up and I need my site up and running properly… so I’d like to have this issue resolved as soon as possible.

  Hello Grace,

  I understand wordpress.com accepts my transfer but my new registrar Versio does NOT accept your transfer code and therefore rejects it.
  Could you please check if the code 7B3{64690E’D41@2 is still correct and if not, send me a new one?

  Hello Grace,

  My new registrar tried to manually transfer my domain one. It did not work and they insist the EPP code is false. Please send the correct one. Time is a factor, so please hurry.

  Hi Jeroen,

  I just received notice from our registrar and they stated a new authorization code has been generated. Please request the code again. If this new code does not work, you will need to contact the new registrar to manually enter the code.
