Domain Transfer Completed but Not Showing Under My Domains

Hi everyone,
I’m facing an issue related to my domain transfer. I recently transferred my domain mukeshoad.com to the user **********(email visible only to moderators and staff).
After contacting WordPress Support, they confirmed that the domain transfer was completed successfully. They also mentioned that my site appears under https://wordpress.com/sites (and even shared a screenshot).
However, when I check under My Domains at https://wordpress.com/domains/manage, my domain mukeshoad.com does not appear there. This means I have no control over my domain settings, I can’t manage DNS, renew the domain, or make any changes.
I’ve already reached out to Support, but it took them 3 days to reply, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. I’m still unable to access or manage my domain.
Could someone please help me get this fixed or escalate the issue? I just want to regain proper access to my domain in my account.

Hi, @mukeshoadcom.
Thanks for flagging this one. For some reason, the transfer got stuck in a sort of limbo so you were never able to manage it from your current account.
This is fixed now and you should be able to view and manage the domain directly from https://wordpress.com/domains/manage. But if you still have issues, please let us know!
Also, I really appreciate the patience, and my apologies for taking that long to figure out what happened.
