Domain Transfer Denied

    Hi,

    I initiated a name transfer to ionos and I had the email come through saying

    “the request to transfer the following domain names to another registrar has been denied. The domains currently has Private Registration”

    Could you help resolve this issue please

    Hi there,

    Sorry about that. Our domain provider through which your domain is registered sometimes automatically denies transfers if private registration is still enabled on the domain.

    I’ve disabled that manually, so you should now be able to transfer the domain.
