Domain transfer denied by WordPress repeatedly

I had purchased my domain currenthow.com through WordPress and now I wanted to transfer it to some other registrar (BigRock). I initiated the transaction for transfer a couple of times but everytime, the transaction is denied with below message:
The Order for Transfer and Renewal of currenthow.com through BigRock (Directi Web Technology Private Limited) was denied by the Current Registrar of this domain name.
I’ve done everything as per https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/ but still my transfer is denied by WordPress. I even removed it as my primary domain before initiating the transfer.
Also, I tried to update my name-servers but it is also not accepted. I used the below name servers and they are not accepted.
ns1.cp-20.bigrockservers.com
ns2.cp-20.bigrockservers.comI’m shown this message: “Failed nameservers validation – some of your nameservers share the same IP address”.

Hi there,
I don’t see any reason why your transfer would have been denied. The domain is unlocked and doesn’t have private registration active, nor is it transfer locked. However, I don’t see any record in our system that you recently requested a transfer code.
Can you please confirm that you received a transfer code from us (it would have arrived from a @secureserver.net address), and that you provided that to BigRock to initiate the transfer?
The Bigrock name servers you provided will not save. Can you please contact support at BigRock and make sure those name servers are still valid?

Yes, I did receive the transfer code and it was provided to initiate the transfer. I’d a word with BigRock support after the transfer was denied and they said that it was the current registrar which was aborting the transfer. Below is the response that I received both the times:

As I said above, there is nothing on our end that would prevent the transfer. You made a contact info update to your domain about a month ago, but it looks like you opted out of the transfer lock.
However, looking at our registrar’s control panel I see a warning that there is invalid Whois info on your domain.
Please check your domain’s contact information to make sure everything is correct. I’ll need you to make a small change to the first or last name field to trigger a verification email from our registrar. Verify the change, making sure to opt out of the transfer lock (the option will be in the page the email links to), and then let me know so I can check the domain on their end again.
