Domain transfer details not sent to email

  Hello,
  I’ve requested a domain ttransfer with aauthentication code and no mail seen on email or spam mail. I have unlocked the domain and yet no mail sent. Have resent it multiple times and yet no mails.
  Please assist wwordpress.com

  Are you sure that you are checking the correct email address? While typically email addresses are the same between your WordPress.com account and your domain registration, it is possible for them to be different.

  While checkingthe whois report, the email and registration information has been changed to Domains by proxy. How do I correct/change that info?
