Domain Transfer EPP Code incorrect.

Hi team,
I have tried to transfer domain, with EPP code from wordpress.com to another service provider. But, those guys replied saying that EPP provided was incorrect with below information
“authentication failure – Invalid authorization information : The requester has given authinfo which doesn’t match”Can you please share information about how can we get/request correct EPP code or authorisation code for domain transfer.

1. What is the domain URL?
2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
4. When was the upgrade purchased?Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar
