Domain transfer error

    When asking for domain unlocking or transfer code for http://www.consultadepsicologiaclinica.com, it shows unknown error message (spanish version): ‘Se ha producido un error al intentar enviar el código de transferencia de dominio. Inténtalo de nuevo o ponte en contacto con el servicio de asistencia si continúas teniendo problemas.’

    Hi there,

    While you are an admin on the site, the domain belongs to the username recetasparaencantar

    Only the owner of that account can transfer the domain. If you own that account as well, please log in as that account and you’ll be able to start the transfer.
