Domain Transfer from godaddy failed from your end. now website is down.

    Tried using your tool to transfer website and domain from godaddy.

    your support chat says that wordpress.com declined the transfer, but it is still pending and i cannot make any changes to the wrong nameservers on godaddy’s end.

    website has been down for nearly 24 hours.

    this is a big company and all of the emails are down too.

    please i need help from the domain team asap!!!

    Hi @admin4c77a46353 — I can see the domain is here now. Which name servers do you want to use? You should be able to change the name servers using these steps.

    Once you’ve done that, if you’ll confirm where you want the domain to point today, we can make sure it’s set up correctly.
