Domain Transfer from WP

I have attempted to contact wordpress on multiple occasions WITHOUT RESPONSE and I’m getting MAD to say the least!
I need to transfer a domain from wordpress to another hosting company for a client and I’m not able to do so (for whatever reason it is).
HOW DO I GET TO SPEAK WITH A LIVE HUMAN BEING TO OBTAIN A TRANSER AUTHORIZATION CODE?!!!

A quick note, please do not send in any more duplicate emails.
Our system orders support tickets by the most reply. Each time you send a duplicate support ticket, it makes your ticket “newer” thus bumping it to the back of the line.

3 DAYS LATER AND NO RESPONSE?!….ARE WE SERIOUS?! THIS IS, BY FAR, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN YEARS!!

You will find in my reply info on how you can remove the domain transfer lock, so you can proceed to transfer giorgiomiami.com to your preferred registrar. Hope this helps.

Didn’t receive any emails and if I did, I’m sure it didn’t relate to my PROBLEM with the transfer as opposed to the steps to take to commence the transfer, so here is a screenshot of the steps I took:
I need this domain UNLOCKED but it doesn’t provide the option of doing so – if someone had actually read my previous emails, it would have stated this issue so it didn’t need to addressed AGAIN!
