Domain transfer gone wrong

  Hello,

  I was trying to transfer my domain from WordPress to another platform. When I did all the steps, including the authorization code, but the other party said the transfer failed. Can someone provide insight into this matter? I’m wondering if I typed in an expired authorization code, and that was the problem, or if it is something else entirely. Any help or direction would be appreciated. Thank you!

  I am able to access that account. That account is responsible for two websites. I am specifically trying to transfer the bethanycommunityschool.org domain name to a weebly account. If I log into that account, what are the steps needed to complete the transfer. Thank you.
