  I have setup a redirect from my old blog 3pardude.com to new blog d8tadude.com. In line with google best practice I now wish to complete a change of address form. However as part of the process google asks you to verify the old and new site – check the verification tag code is present. The challenge is as far as I can see wordpress.com only supports one tag per search engine. So during the check Google sees the tag for the new blog, but when checking for the old blog is redirected to the new and therefore cannot see the correct verification code.

  Any ideas how to work round this?
