Domain transfer help

  I am having trouble transferring my domain http://www.bethannmasarik.com from webs.com to wordpress. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I already have a blog here with the domain bethannmasarik.wordpress.com, and would like to make it my primary website. I love what WordPress has to offer, and find that you are very affordable.

  We don’t accept incoming domain registration transfers at this time.

  However, you can keep your domain registered elsewhere, and map it to your WordPress.com blog by following this guide:
