Domain Transfer Help

I have Wix website and want to transfer it to WordPress. I’ve signed up for the free plan to look at themes and become familiar with the UI, but know I ultimately need a business plan.
Should I purchase the business plan, build a website on WordPress, and then set up hosting and domain transfer with Bluehost? Is it possible to build the website and set up hosting and transfer the domain when I’ve completed the build?

WordPress is the name of the software you’ll be using. WordPress.com and Bluehost are both hosting providers for that software, and our Business Plan only applies to sites hosted on our servers.
In other words, if you host the site with us you won’t have anything to do with Bluehost. You already have hosting with us for the free site you created yesterday – we don’t actually charge for hosting, and our plans are just to add extra features to your site, like the ability to use your own domain or install plugins.
In this case you’d also be transferring the domain to us, not to Bluehost.
Is it possible to build the website and set up hosting and transfer the domain when I’ve completed the build?
You can build your site at the free address that was assigned when you created it, yes, even already upgrade to Business and install whatever plugins you need. Then you can transfer the domain over to us as the last step, once you’re ready.
