Domain transfer Help

  Hello team,

  I have received a mail today saying my domain is renewed (itech-blog.com). Could you undo that if possible ? And let me know how can I transfer my domain. I would need the EPP Authorization code, so that I can transfer it to Bluehosting. Thanks

  Thanks for letting us know. If you’re looking to keep the domain, it’s not possible to undo the renewal. Please note that our refund policy for domains is 96-hours, as outlined here: https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#refund-policy

  I suggest keeping your domain and transferring it out when you’re ready. You can also continue to keep it registered with WordPress.com, and point it to Bluehost (like you currently have setup).

  You’ll need to be logged into the account that owns the domain to start the transfer.
