Domain Transfer? HELP!!

    Trying to transfer my .com domain out of WP, but now it’s not showing on my site. ICANN says it’s still registered with WP. Help!

    Hi there,

    On 16 September 2016 you filed a chargeback against us for the renewal payment of that domain and your Premium Plan. If you dispute a charge in this way instead of just asking us for a refund, the upgrades are removed from your account and your site is locked until you pay the Chargeback fee:

    I see you’ve paid the chargeback fee to reactivate your site, but as your original payment for the domain was refunded as part of the chargeback, we’ll need you to pay again for the last renewal of your domain which happened in July 2016 before we can restore the domain.

    I’ve sent you a link via email to pay for the domain. Once we receive payment I can restore the domain and you’ll be able to transfer it. I’ve not included the renewal fee for private registration, as that cannot be transferred along with your domain and needs to be disabled in any case before the domain can be transferred.
